Linda Spiker runs the oh-so-delicious company THE ORGANIC KITCHEN. Her food preparatory classes are held at her home in Valencia, CA and I was able to photograph her and plenty of her amazing dishes.
Wow, those seriously look AMAZING! Really though, these should be in Cooking Light or Cuisine or something of the sort. Both you and my mom are seriously talented.
